I had LOTS of requests for another Mini Move It after I posted the first one. So here's part 2! This is a fast moving, 14 minute routine with all standing moves. I'm using a pair of 8s and 15s in this video. You can use more or less with different moves once you get more familiar with the routine and can change out quickly.
If you're going to do both Mini Move It workouts together, I recommend doing this one, then the first Mini Move It next. They make a great combo!
