I did these moves one day in class and a long time class member said, "This is soooo great! I feel like it's SNATCHING my waist in!" And every time she would request this routine, she would ask for "waist snatching." So I decided to title this one the WAIST SNATCHING routine! You don't need any equipment for this 15 minute workout.
Yall my abs were sore for DAYS after filming this workout! This 20 minute routine is a 4 exercise circuit repeated twice. You will need a stability ball and a mat. You will work your core, glutes, and hamstrings.
For this year's Christmas Crunch routine, I decided to re-record one of my MOST REQUESTED ab routines in my classes. I came up with this years ago and so many people still ask for it! Your abs will be begging for mercy during this 6 minute, non-stop tummy scorcher.
I know this is a weird time right now with most everyone being forced to "shelter at home," but since we're all quarantined, we can do a quarantine core workout together! My 4 year old niece helped me film this workout and did the entire thing off to the side (she's at the end of this video). I tried to get really creative with these moves b/c Lord knows we need some variety to keep things interesting right now!
This is the perfect quick but effective core workout! It's only 11 minutes but I felt it the next day after filming this! This is a good little add on workout or if your time is limited and you need to squeeze something in quickly.
