This Facebook Live, 51 minute, full body tabata workout is fast and fun! All you need is EITHER a pair of dumbbells OR a resistance band. Pretty much anyone can do this! As always, I show modifications for every movement. The actual workout time is about 45 minutes with stretching at the end.
This is the famous "CUPS" routine! I came up with this workout many years ago and have been perfecting it with clients and in my classes ever since. I added in some abs to help give your legs a little break during this 46 minute adventure! You will need a pair of cups that you will be putting down and picking up off the floor as you lunge. This workout will make you sore for the next few days!
